if a person has agreed to buy some property 6 years ago and now the registry is being done now for the purpose of sale consideration what year should be considered for its calculation.

under such cases, possession date lpays a very important role as per sec 53A of the transfer of properties Act
22 November 2014
in this case date of possession will consider.
