IN INCOME TAX RULES IT IS PRESCRIBED THAT THE VALUE OF PROGRESSION'S GOOD WILL IS ABSENT SO NO CAPITAL GAIN IS TAXABLE.
SO IS SOMEONE CAN SAY THAT IT IS NOT A CAPITAL ASSET.
PLEASE SUGGEST ME,.
