21 July 2016 IN INCOME TAX RULES IT IS PRESCRIBED THAT THE VALUE OF PROGRESSION'S GOOD WILL IS ABSENT SO NO CAPITAL GAIN IS TAXABLE. SO IS SOMEONE CAN SAY THAT IT IS NOT A CAPITAL ASSET. PLEASE SUGGEST ME,.
