I got inheritance property including some equity shares in this year 2019. I want to know what will be purchase price of shares for calculation of capital gain, if I sale ?

As you don't know the purchase price, use the highest price quoted on the recognized stock exchange on 31 January 2018 as cost to calculate capital gains on sale of shares.
