Dear Sir, A tax payer having 5 houses( whose income is taxable ) has sold one of them and kept the money in Capital Gain A/c scheme of a public sector bank. He intends to sell one or two more of his houses and buy a bigger one.
Under which section can he claim exemption from the capital gains.
