13 February 2011 plz tell me about one important aspect that According to Sec54EC,if we sell ant LTCA the we can invest in Notified bond within a period of 6 months from the date of transfer so we want to know how many times i can held this bond & also tell that we invest 50,00,000 for availing exemption

14 February 2011 1. The Max. limit of investment is50.00lac in a financial year.
It means you can get exempt Capital Gains Exempt upto50.00 lacs.
2.But if you are having Capital Gain of
1.00 crore, as on today i.e. on 14-02-2011, invest 50.00lac in this FY and invest another 50.00 lacs in the next FY keeping in mind the six month's time limit, before which you have to invest.
3. You can invest as many times as you earn LT capital gain but subject to50.00 lac limit per FY.
