A has a piece of land which he bought(with no intention of selling) on 1.4.2007. He constructed,during F.Y. 2010-11, a structure on that land which has 6 shops.He sold out 3 shops in January 2011.
How Capital Gain shall be calculated on this sale of 3 shops?
