I have a industrial property which i sold it a month ago. i has holding this property from past 20 years.
Sale of this property will attract capital gain ( long term @ 20% )
I would like to know how can i escape of this tax.
Please note:- I cannot avail exemption under section 54F because i am having more than one industrial property and I dont want to invest in another industrial property
