where can one get Specified bonds for claiming exemption under 54EC ? i want to purchase NHAI bonds, whome should i approach? such bonds can be purchased with in short duration say, one month?

You may open the website of NHAI and find the relevant information about its procedure. Forms can be generally, downloaded from the website.
