I want to know weather short term capital loss on shares on which STT is deducted is allowed to setoff with SHORT TERM CAPITAL GAIN ON SHARES ON WHICH STT IS NOT DEDUCTED I.E.. ON BUY BACK DURING THE FY-2010-11.
