Please let me know that, Speculation profit can be set off against derivative & F&O loss.

yes,Speculation profit can be set off against derivative & F&O loss,
but Speculation loss can not be adjusted against derivative & F&O profit .
but Speculation loss can not be adjusted against derivative & F&O profit .

Yes, Non Speculative loss can be set off against speculative income , but not vice versa.
