Residential plot alloted from Govt. Authority on installment basis in Oct 2000 and the last installment submit in June 2003 (Total Amount Rs.300000). and the same plot sale on Sep 2005(Total Amount Rs.1100000)
And purchase another plot in the same month
of Rs.200000 and construct it in the next year.
Is the short term/long term capital gain apply on this.
If short term gain apply then please find the way so that short term gian will not apply.
