21 December 2013 sir i have long term capital gain from house property of Rs 10 lacs i deposited in capital gain account if i purchase house of Rs 8 lacs and spent Rs 2 lacs on renovation can i avail Rs 10 lacs benifit of Rs 10 lacs of section 54
