Suppose one employer giving shares of his company to his employee, and employee is giving technical know how to the company as cost of those shares....then what is treatment under income tax act????
Whether transfer of know how will be considered as capital gain ????

01 August 2012 Is know how IPR by the individual. The line between the professional charges versus employee versus IPR is very thin but it does exists.
