e.g 1. WDV of block of asset is RS2,00,000/- OF WHICH 100000 SOLD FOR 200000 ,Whether capital gain will be apply or not ?

No capital gain if the block is not empty.

There will be no capital gain, The WDV at the end of the year will be "Nil".

Agree with expert. But from now onwards, if u receive even a single Re. 1 from sale of assets in that block, it will be treated as STCG (assuming no other asset is added into block).
