MY CLIENT ALLOTED GST NO IN 2017…..BUT HE HAS REALISED…..PRACTINOR HAS APPLIED WRONGLY
HE HAS REAILER ….INSTEAD OF…COMPOSITION HE HAS GOR REGULAR DEALEAR

SO HE HAS…..SURRENDER IMMEDITELY….GST NO….WHICHIS CANCELLED BY DEPT

NOW TO BUSINESS NEED
HE IS ONLY MEMBER…..SO HAVING …ONLY…ONE PAN-CARD

CAN HE MAKE FRESH APPLICATION FOR GST NO
OR
HOW TO GET…OLD GST NO….GOT ACTIVATED ?????

ANY SOLUTION….ONE MAN….ONE PAN CARD…...TO GET …GST NO AGAIN ????

01 January 2025 If the GST registration has been canceled, the taxpayer can apply for a new GST registration instead of seeking revocation. If the client's old GST number was canceled due to non-compliance, they can apply for a fresh GST registration but must first clear any outstanding dues.
When applying for fresh registration after cancellation, the authorities will verify whether the applicant has previously held a valid GST registration or has applied for revocation. If there is ongoing non-compliance, this could lead to rejection of the new application.
