Pls can anyone guide me on the process of cancellation of share certificates after the same being split up?

Hi
You will write on the old share certificate"Cancelled".
In new Certificate you will write" Issued in lieu of share certificate No..." in the name of original shareholder.
You will write on the old share certificate"Cancelled".
In new Certificate you will write" Issued in lieu of share certificate No..." in the name of original shareholder.
