Dear Sirs,
How to Cancel the service tax invoice for the previous month which was Service tax already paid. and How can I Claim that amount of Service tax Paid already?

you can only claim the same in by adjusting that in next st payable only if you return the amount along with TAX to the service recipient. can be cancelled using credit note.
