Cancellation of registration of migrated taxpayers

17 July 2017 I have been migrated as a Taxpayer from erstwhile MVAT to GST. But my turnover is below 20 lakhs. Hence I want to apply for cancellation of registration. But on GST portal dashboard, nowhere can I find link to file request for cancellation of registration. Please help.
