26 October 2011 Dear Sir,
last year we have made sale of more than 150lakhs and We have registered under central excise last year. This year our expected sale is less than 150lakh. whether we can cancel our registration. what is the procedure

28 October 2011 Value of removals not sales is the critereon. If that also likely to be less than 150 lakhs then you may wirte a letter enclosing therin your registration certificate with your address for correspondence.
