08 May 2018 As per rules, the proper officer must have accepted the cancellation by communicating an order in form REG-19. If online status is shown "inactive" . You presume that the registration is cancelled. Still, it would be better to send a registered letter to concerned officer demanding issue of cancellation order in the form REG-19
