i have filed my cancellation application on 18/01/2018 wide arn no is AA2415170315287 till date gstn said ur status is inactive now what

As per rules, the proper officer must have accepted the cancellation by communicating an order in form REG-19. If online status is shown "inactive" . You presume that the registration is cancelled. Still, it would be better to send a registered letter to concerned officer demanding issue of cancellation order in the form REG-19
