Meera Relation Maine ek Uncle h unki tin number cancel ho gaya h 2 years phale , aur unki dealing Exepmted Goods (Tax free goods ) h . ab vo Tin number new apply karna chate h to koi penalty deni hogi ya nahi
Ya fir vo apni GST apply hone ke baad Tin number apply kare, ya penalty bhar kar vo hi tin number restore kar sakte h kya. aur Tax invoice retails aur tax dono alag alag honi chaiye kya .

11 December 2016 Check status of vat registration, if it is active you can regularise same by filing vat returns. If VAT I'd de registered than you can apply new registration.

12 December 2016 Hi Sir but agar new registration karta hu to pan number same rhega aur use case m mujhe koi penalty deni hogi ya nhi goods excepted sale aur purchased h.
