if i file quarterly basis vat return

so can i make payment on monthly basis or Quarterly basis

When you are filing quarterly vat return so you have no need to submit monthly tax . you can submitted tax on quarterly basis.

19 August 2010 yes, you have to pay VAT on Qtr. Basis on due time as per state VAT Act in a percribe challan only.
