26 May 2010 One of Clients is society registered under society Registration Act in 2007 and we got 80g in that year for 2 years ie upto 2009. This Year we went for renewal with same objects and same governing body memebers , but DIT Rejected . The reason is that the 4 memebers of the governing body are foreigners.
