Can we get excise credit

we are having are one unit in himachal pradesh where excise is exempted but we are purchasing raw material on that we are paying excise duity, is there any provision as per which i get refund of excise paid by me.

If you are not paying excise duty( Manufacturing exempted goods) then how can you get refund / credit.
Not possible.
( Refund can be claimed only if removal of excisable goods for Export or to SEZ)
