Dear Sir/Madam,
If TDS deductor is not issuing TDS certificate to u and u need to file your return then can we file return after claiming TDS amount or we have to file without taking the advantage of TDS.
Pls guide.

Without TDS certificate you cannot get the TAx credit. You can file return without that also. And can claim tax credit in the next year when you get certificate.....

Obtain 26AS through NSDL and if TDS is reflected in that form ,avail the credit of TDS while filing the return of income.

Pl approach the nearest NSDL or UTITSL office with your identity and address proof. They will help you to get Form 26 AS on payment of their fees.
