Can self assessment tax paid by employer

19 September 2013 Dear Sir,
i Have Deducted TDS on Salary of my All employees and file TDS return..
Out of them one employees TDS i deduted and not Paid & also not Filed so can i give a Form 16 (Salary Certificate to him by paying his TAX in way of Self Assessment Tax and File return for Them..

Please Suggest me soon...
