Can the retiring Director at an AGM, propose or second an Ordinary resolution at an AGM ?

If the company has only 7 Directors and no other members, then who shall propose and second ? Or is there no need to propose and second ?

I again saying the director has no right to propose and second any resolution at general meeting.

Ok sir. In such case, who can move the resolution ? Can the Chairman move all the ordinary resolutions ?

Chairman can only place the resolution before the members.
