Dear All,
Request you to kindly guide if an NRI CA (recently shifted out of India ) can continue with proprietorship firm in India and also practice outside India. If yes , are there anY Formalities in India ?
whether the firm will have a separate bank account (NRO account) or will it be in the name of the CA?

refer section 27 of the CA Act. you would need to have a fulltime paid assistant. Only then it is permitted.
