Can NRI become a partner, if yes please provide the clauses and conditions

NRI can very well be a partner in INDIAN firm. NO any much difference in the clauses so far as they relate to INDIAN partners and NRI partners.
If NRI is signing the deed abroad, ask him to get the same NOTORISED by INDIAN consulate office where NRI is located.
