Can not make concentrstion on work

20 February 2014 Hello, I cant make my concentration on my working, & due to that some funny & silly mistake often happened which are very irritating. What should I do to avoid such mistakes ? I have totally tired by such.

20 February 2014 Look these type of conditions r common when the pressure of work is at its peak.We forget all those things in which we r champ.

Take a little break frm ur work (5 Mins).
Do not work contentiously for hours.
Refresh ur mood with a friendly talk with ur co workers.
And last but not the least pay full attention 2 ur work, do ur work slowly but correctly.
