Pls tell me In Gujarat whether any Mines Owner who are give raw material to Factories for Production,where the Mines owner has to take Service tax No.
On which amount he/she is liable to take Service tax no.
What kind of Records we have to Maintaned for it & Return too.

Question is not clear. If mind owner is providing any taxable service or receiving any taxable service which is taxable in the hands of recepient or importing any taxable service, he will be liable to pay service tax.
