i have admitted in ipcc in direct entry scheme 5 days before.it takes around 20 days to get reg. no.can i start articleship from now to complete it for 9 month before geting reg. no & can appear nov 2013 term exam ?

To start your articleship required to complete ITT & Orientation. To do these two required IPCC registration no and the registration letter for evidence so can't start your articleship with out getting of your registration no and completion of both ITT & Orientation. However eventhough you not started articles you are eligible to appear and write November 2013 exams,because requirement to write exams is should be register before 9 months from the month of exams starting, so your registration is Jan 2013 so eligible for Nov 2013 exams.
