Yes you can , provided Commodity is in your RC

Before issuing C form, kindly verify your CST Form B certificate whether you have included the name of the commodity (say machinery and its parts). This will save more than 12% when you buy the machinery from outside the state. But the machinery should be for your manufacturing/production or processing purpose.
