can i file TODAY GSTR1 FOR JULY month?

Dear sir
today i try to file GSTR 1 for month July but ...cant uplod it . there is some error. ( save action on counterparty invoices)

No GST Portal stop upto 31Oct for filing of GSTR-1.

but no any update from GSTN

Already given at last time that no GSTR-1 filed during the time when window for GSTR-2 starts.
