i have completed my CPT and want to pursue CS what is the procedure if i m allowed for the same and what is the time period for submitting form no. 112

no need to inform to icai about pursuing additional course if you are not in articleship
it is mandatory to fill 112 and submit to icai if student is in articleship and pursuing additional course
