Can i apply for part-time cop??

24 April 2013 I am working as a chartered accountant in a listed company havign a turnover of around 450 Crores & a paid up capital of Rs.70 Crores. I am into full time employment. Can i also apply for a part time COP? How will it be beneficial for me in the long run??

Plz help.
