CAN HUSBAND & WIFE CREATE HUF WITHOUT ANY MALE OR FEMALE ISSUE.IF YES PLEASE PROVIDE EXACT NOTIFICATION.DATE OF AMENDMENT UNDER WHICH ACT.

17 May 2012 A HUF can be created only when there is an offspring. Having a child is mandatory for creating a HUF.

17 May 2012 According to Hindi Law, an HUF is created at the time of marriage. It is not necessary to have a child. Even husband and wife constitute a HUF. Even, it is not necessary to create it. It is formed automatically on the event of marriage.
