One of manufacturing concern having two units HO and branch it have cenvate credit on capital goods and want to transfer some credit to branch can it do so if yes then how ho is in faridabad while branch is at pithampur pl tel me under which sec it is permiseble

for transfer of credit, visit the DC of your division, he may issue instructions for transfer of cenvat credit depending on the conditions where the safeguard of revenue is not intrupted.
