01 Can Gross Salary (e.g Rs 15000 ) be treated as Basic Pay (e.g Rs15000)

02 Is there any rule to allocate salary mandatory ?

03 Any % of Basic salary is fixed anywhere?

25 November 2015 1 Yes Gross salary can be treated as basic pay.
2 No rule to allocate salary mandatory.
3 Full basic salary is fixed till grant of next increment.
