Can file income tax return ay 2015-16 off line?

Can filled income tax return ay 2015-16 form ITR-4 & 4S offline? Because online schema has not updated till today. And urgently need to file for loan purpose.
Pl suggest right wayout.

07 May 2015 filing of return is governed by Rule 12 not by availability of online utility. So if you are required by this rule to file online, then offline return cannot be filed.
