I wonder whether Resident migrating to USA
and changing Resident Bank Savings Account
into NRO Savings Account be able to remmit
Deposits,Fix Deposits amount either on maturity or Otherwise?
I understand Interest and Dividends canbe be remiited from NRO bank accounts.
Please advice.

Yes the deposits can be transferred to US.

Yes this amount can be repeated back to US but for that the certificate from CA is required and I also agree with the expert.
