Hi experts
I have query that
Can CA Students open demat a/c and involve in share trading ??
If no.. Please provide me with reference of that regulation..
As per CA ethical standards upto my knowledge
CA can't involve in share trading business.
so please get me if such regulations bind CA students too

Yes even those ca students who are undergoing articlesip first needs to take permission from icai in form 112 where it is mentioned that any other activity including business/ profession must be reported in form 112.
but this does not apply to those who have completed ca articlehsip but are not ca and in ca final
