SOME ONE PLS CLEARIFY ME WEATHER A CA CAN PRATICE WITH A PATNERSHIP FIRM ALONG WITH PRACTICING IN HIS OWN NAME , AND IF WHAT FORMALITY SHOULD BE DO ? THANKS IN ADVANCE

Yes he can practice. The same needs to be captured in form 18 and filed with ICAI

unless ofcourse the partnership firm allows so to do, a CA can always practise in his individual name. For practising in individual name, separate permission of ICAI is NOT required to be obtained. Practising in TRADE name like so and so associates or like... approval of ICAI is required.
