Please tell me that any ACA can become Director in company having objective consultancy in Finance & Managment, Investment company?
Is there any permission required from the ICAI ?

Please See Clause 11 of Code of Ethics;
Chartered Accountant can be a director of a company (not being a managing director or a whole time director), unless he or any of his partners is interested in such company as an auditor.
