if a girl has US Citizenship and married in india a business family. and she is in india on tourist visa. can she work in india in any capacity like employement in any company. if she want to work in india or join the family business in director capacity, what should she do. pl answer this query on urgent basis with all rules and regulations.

No. unless you have Work permit you cannot work.
For business VISA she can have discussions etc. but cannot work fullfledged
