29 June 2013 MY NEIGHBOURS WANTS TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY
WORTH Rs.60 LAKHS. THE ISSUE IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A PAN NUMBER &THEY ARE NOT FILING ANY INCOME TAX RETURNS AT ALL. SO PLEASE SUGGEST HOW CAN HE PURCHASE THIS PROPERTY NOW. AWAITING YOUR RESPONSE.
