MY NEIGHBOURS WANTS TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY
WORTH Rs.60 LAKHS. THE ISSUE IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A PAN NUMBER &THEY ARE NOT FILING ANY INCOME TAX RETURNS AT ALL. SO PLEASE SUGGEST HOW CAN HE PURCHASE THIS PROPERTY NOW. AWAITING YOUR RESPONSE.

you apply for PAN..it is mandatory..as you need to deduct TDS on payment made to party

Pan no can be received within 7 days.apply pan online. It is mandatory to have a pan to purchase property
