04 July 2016 I have a CA firm with 2 working partners.. If i form a LLP of this firm, can a non-CA become a partner in this LLP with majority of partners as CA.??
What if i want to add a non-CA as a partner to this firm ... Is it possible.?

04 July 2016 As per the provisions of CA Act only a CA can be partner of a CA firm registered with ICAI.
So, not possible in my view.

04 July 2016 an LLP doing the profession of CA can NOT have a NON ca as its partner.
An LLP doing other than the profession of CA can have CA as partner.
