I have a CA firm with 2 working partners.. If i form a LLP of this firm, can a non-CA become a partner in this LLP with majority of partners as CA.??
What if i want to add a non-CA as a partner to this firm ... Is it possible.?

As per the provisions of CA Act only a CA can be partner of a CA firm registered with ICAI.
So, not possible in my view.

an LLP doing the profession of CA can NOT have a NON ca as its partner.
An LLP doing other than the profession of CA can have CA as partner.
An LLP doing other than the profession of CA can have CA as partner.
