Can a member of ICAI (Not holding COP) do non attestation professional work like filing of returns etc.?
Whether it will not be necessary to hold COP if he restricts his services to only non attestation professional work like filing of returns etc. and his family business?
Can also he advertise his non attestation services?

The person is the MEMBER of ICAI. So he can NOT advertise.
For doing non attestation work, he need not take permission.
For doing non attestation work, he need not take permission.
