Can a chartered accountant take insurance agency for selling life insurance with practising chartered accountant if not please provide circular for that

No, as per code of ethics Chartered Accountant permitted to insurance financial advisory services. They are not permissible to do any kind of marketing and business procurement for any insurance company. There service limited to professional services in the Form advisory or consultancy services.

As per professional ethics set by ICAI CA can not become agent for insurance company. I don't think CA will directly act has agent for insurance company.

No.he can't.. he can take agency if commission received for only and only renewal.. not for new business..

Even your HUF can't become agent.. if any one prove that you are actively associate with agency then it will be treated as violations of code of ethics.. two or three cases are there in which CAs find guilty..
