Can a Chartered Accountant in Service engage himself in Amway Business as a Business Sponsor (Referrer of Amway Products) keeping in mind the CA Ethics?
In case the CA can take up the Sponsor role, and as a Business Sponsor earns commission income from Amway, under which head will the income be taxed?
If possible, please cite any applicable provisions/legal guidance/ethics code?
